A coach will guide you through a warm-up, basic technique, and light drilling. No one gets thrown into hard sparring on day one.
No. Training is how you get in shape. We’ll help you build fitness safely as you learn.
We offer programs for kids and adults. Our youth programs run from ages 6-14. Our adult classes our primarily for ages 14 and up. Some special cases may determine whether Youth or Adult classes are best for you, feel free to ask a coach before signing up!
Yes, we offer a free week trial option so you can experience the vibe, coaching, and classes before signing up. The trial week is a consecutive seven days.
